ASWPengg maintains an in-house Technical Services department that consists of engineers and technicians ready to assist our customers in developing new products and working through technical issues. Our Technical Services staff is trained and knowledgeable in all facets of wire making and spring manufacturing, and we work on-site at your location, acting as an extension of your business, to ensure you get the help you need.
New Product Development and Product Enhancement
Our Technical Service Representatives work with customers in developing new products. We carefully review all specifications for the desired wire product and translate that information into a custom manufacturing method. Trial orders are run and coordinated with our customers so that product specifications are perfected before full-scale production begins.
Metallurgical Laboratory
Our fully-staffed Metallurgical Laboratory is used to analyze field- and customer-related issues and work on quality improvement activities. Our laboratory uses the latest microscopic and photographic laboratory equipment. All technical reports are electronically sent to customers and suppliers with a goal of providing feedback within five days of an impending issue.
