ASW Pengg was founded in 2016 from the partnership of American Spring Wire Corp. (ASW) and Joh. Pengg AG (Pengg), two wire experts with a common goal: to manufacture exceptionally high-quality, speciality steel wire for the North American market. By the end of 2020 Joh. Pengg AG acquired 100% of ASW Pengg to continue their legacy of a 600 year history in the steel products world.
